  12. Some mainstream media reporters & anchors (who seem to have not read or refuse to read the official transcript of the Trump-Zelensky phone call) have been arguing that Pres. Trump was "forcing Ukraine to find dirt on the Bidens" to gain advantage in this 2020 election (which is an erroneous premise) . What a disgrace. Pres. Trump was requesting Pres. Zelensky to look into some government officials in Ukraine who might have been involved with interference in the 2016 US presidential election, e.g. as regards propping up candidacy of HRC while slapping dirt on then candidate Trump and his then Campaign Manager Paul Manafort. Pres. Trump also requested Pres. Zelensky to look into Crowdstrike company owner, who might have gotten HRC's private server, which the FBI failed to take out for technical examination and was the subject of the FBI investigation in HRC's mishandling of classified information during the early part of 2016 . He also requested Pres. Zelensky to also look into the suspected corrupt practices of the Bidens after a video surfaced where Joe Biden boasted about withholding a $1 billion plus US loan guarantee to Ukraine until after a prosecutor investigating the Burisma Holding company (where his son Hunter was sitting on its Board) was fired. Remember, it is the duty of POTUS to enforce our laws, and that includes rooting out corruption in government. That is why POTUS issued that Executive Order on December 21, 2017 to address just that. Many millions, billions, and even trillions of US taxpayers money have already been reported as "unaccounted for". So it has become one of the top-most agenda of POTUS to properly address and get resolved accordingly.

  13. the word grift comes to mind…
y'know…I am thinking that, like Michael Cohen,
there is someone or maybe many people
who have secretly recorded some of this stuff…
"lordy, I hope there are tapes…"
simply because these clowns are so inept, this is very possible…

  14. yeah concerned with corruption…
concerned with how to show the new kid on the block
    how it works…

  15. Lev and Igor, two fine gentlemen who look like they've been run through my old tumbler a couple of cycles. Where in blazes did Rudy find these two? Supported in their righteous endeavours by Trump's best people, grifters who are lying, selling their country out and cooking criminal deals like there is no tomorrow. You couldn't write this stuff if you tried. Like a third rate telenovela, with third rate, old and balding actors everyone forgot about decades ago, fifth rate director, a broke producer and a failed script writer on LSD. The chosen one will make you tired of winning, right… Pathetic.

  16. Rachel Dear. You're only stating the obvious. What do you think why we are in Syria. Oil, money, and power. Oil and the power to weaken or strengthen an allie or enemy if It's in Americans " intrest ". What will our government do in the face of all this?

  17. Message to Ukraine:
    From Millions of Americans.
Please accept our deep and humble apologies for the unconscionable actions of the government of the former Great, United States of America. We the People do not wish to be held accountable for their actions. The current administration does NOT uphold our Constitution and in fact, seeks to destroy it from within. Hopefully, in a short while, the Constitution itself, will rise up and eliminate the destructive forces that are tRump. Impeachment is necessary to start repairing the damage already inflicted on the World.
Thank you. Again, our sincere apologies! 💔
    Signed:
    The Real American Patriots ❤️🇺🇸

  18. Corruption is a disease that both parties are infected with! The difference, is the Republican party is on life support, and the Democrats have a rash that might be cured! Getting rid of play for pay, and replacing it with solving actual problems in society, can bring about a complete cure! Will we do what it takes to heal, or will we continue to harm ourselves?

  19. And there you have it. Trump effected a cheap shakedown for his own petty, personal reasons. All his sycophants and "Yes Men" jumped to enforce his corrupt reasons, and all Republicans formed ranks around him to defend his treasonous actions. Trump zombie supporters who can barely spell their own names support everything he does.

If you guys don't get out there and vote him out, then rip out the heart of this poisonous administration, you deserve everything that's coming your way.

As for shooting someone on 5th Avenue and getting away with it, he's personally caused the deaths of thousands of Kurds and Syrians, deliberately. And he'll never be called upon to justify it.

The core aim of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) is to prohibit companies and their individual officers from influencing foreign officials with any personal payments or rewards.[4][page needed] The FCPA applies to any person who has a certain degree of connection to the United States and engages in corrupt practices abroad, as well as to U.S. businesses, foreign corporations trading securities in the U.S., American nationals, citizens, and residents acting in furtherance of a foreign corrupt practice, whether or not they are physically present in the U.S. This is considered the nationality principle of the Act. Any individuals involved in these activities may face prison time.[4][page needed]

In the case of foreign natural and legal persons, the Act covers their deeds if they are in the U.S. at the time of the corrupt conduct. This is considered the protective principle of the Act.[4] Moreover, the FCPA governs not only direct payments to foreign officials, candidates, and parties, but payments made to any other recipient in furtherance of influencing a foreign official, candidate, or party. These payments are not restricted to monetary forms and may include anything of value.[5] This is considered the territoriality principle of the act.[4]

The FCPA is subject to ongoing scholarly and congressional debate regarding its effects on international commerce. Scholars have found that its enforcement discourages U.S. firms from investing in foreign markets, particularly those where graft, bribery, and other forms of corruption are endemic.[3] This coincides with the well established observation that companies engaging in mergers and acquisitions in emerging markets face a uniquely increased level of regulatory and corruption risk.[6]

  24. This is as clear as day, just corruption, worst than those we see in 3rd world countries. America has become amoral and has loss the credibility it had in the eyes of most countries. How is this corruption different from what we see in Africa or Ukraine. Most African dictators have been emboldened by this lawless presidency.

  25. Ukraine hasn't always been an "ally". Since Marshall Tito died vultures have been circling the Balkans. Various corruption are pretty much history written by victors. Greece is seeing that. And with American missile bases in Turkey for more than half a century . . . claiming corruption while enabling land grabs by Kurds does little to call Russians aggressors. The closest anyone can be to claiming intrigue would be possible Iranian/Persian/Chechen crimes in Chernobyl and the long fall out from all that is involved in "repair" peacefully so that citizens could go on with their own lives without knowing what was actually going on. So much of it (face value) is so out of sync. THE President is Commander-in-Chief . . . armaments is part of military campaigns. Finance is part of military campaigns . . . witness: UN sanctions. The President is THE President. WE cannot have 500 presidents. Just doesn't work that way.

  26. If russia really was at war with Ukraine there wouldn't even be a Ukrainian military they would be beaten by now. Ukraine are fighting ethnic Russians not the Russian military.

  27. Other world leaders at the U.N. need to step up and maintain world peace, while we are fighting this internal battle!!!

  31. Hold onto your lunch money at a pick pocketers conventions! What a classic analogy! 👍😂👍 Sums up what is going on beautifully as all the rats scurry to protect themselves…..

  32. I’ll tell you what Ukrainians think of you, is the same the rest of the world think of you. In matters of corruption, the US gives the world Master Classes.
