Happy Holidays from the National Federation of the Blind

Hello, I’m Mark Riccobono, President of the
National Federation of the Blind, and on behalf of my family and the family of members in
the National Federation of the Blind, I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas, a Happy
Hanukkah, and a joyous holiday season for whatever traditions you celebrate. If you
haven’t yet come to know the National Federation of the Blind I would invite you to make 2015
the year that you come to join, become a member of the National Federation of the Blind and
help us in our mission to provide hope and opportunity to blind people all across the
United States. In our organization we share with each other, we share opportunities, knowledge,
we help everyday to raise expectations of the blind and we help to knock down the barriers
that low expectations put between blind people and our dreams. I invite you in 2015 to come
be part of our Federation family. 2015 we’ll be celebrating our 75th year and at the holiday season we start to reflect on the past and dream for the future and we’ll be doing that
in this holiday season and in our 75th year coming up in 2015. Thank you for all that
you’ve done for the blind, thank you for what you’ve done for our organization and happy
holidays to all of you on behalf of the National Federation of the Blind. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Live the life you want!
