the carriers had no cheer. The un-carrier had them worried,
’twas us, they’d come to fear. Our quarter three numbers were posted
with care, fastest growth, fastest network, best service, all there. And while Randall was
nestled all snug in his bed, I’m up responding to tweets,
removing pain points instead. No contracts, jump,
simple global, oh, my– paid ETFs, free music,
and unleashed Wi-Fi. And now for a gift, how
about 10 Gigs for free? And with rolling data,
unused gigs you’ll still see. So while AT&T and Verizon cling
to contracts and red tape, we’ll gladly take their
customers who sprint to escape. With great employees like
ours so giving and quick, customers know in an instant,
with us, they must stick. Do the carriers give not even a shit? Do their CEOs tweet back? Nope, not one bit. But we’re first in
service, said JD Powers. It’s no big surprise
with employees like ours. And all this success do
we sigh, now we’re done? Hell, no, the un-carrier has only begun. So to all our competitors on this

  2. Sums up their existence. Wish I switched sooner. Now if Tim Cook mocked the competition the way it's really done. Mr. Legere, this video is what mocking ads really should be. This focuses deeply on what matters yet doesn't pay thousands just for actors to use or have competition products in it. Perfect and well said.

  3. Now lets just get those 4g lte upgrades we were promised and you guys will completely crush the competition. T-mobiles weak point is the coverage, even sprint gets 1X/3G in places t-mobile gets edge 2g or even none and sprint sucks ass. I don't get any coverage when I go up north to see my family and have to fight my fiance to use her iphone 5c on sprint lol.

  8. Right now they don't have enough coverage for me, but when they finally do expand, I cannot wait to see Verizon and AT&T shitting their pants 

  9. @Republic Wireless saves me more than just pennies, 2 years of no contracts or broken guarantees.
    I get unlimited everything what more can they offer?
    A new Moto X is their latest crowd stopper. 
    So check our your options, and show your cheer, for the big telecoms are shaking with fear.

  10. This is one of the best commercials I have seen in my entire life. I have had T-Mobile for years and like what he has done to the company. Its almost worth the damn $9.99 a month charges.

  14. So damn cool! Really wish you'd make yourself present here in Canada. Even abroad, you're making a great example for carriers here. I always point out your great services to my carrier when they question why I don't think I'm getting the biggest bang for my buck. You've really helped in landing an alright service with my carrier, make yourself and your innovative services present here in Canada, and it'll not only be the perfect service for my money, but it'll be a great Christmas gift to every Canadian.

Been with them for 10+ years and paid the bills on time and we also have insurance for the phones, my phone has a broken on/off button and they won't replace the phone with a phone that's equal, they want me to buy a phone that's a massive downgrade, wont be with them much longer. Also piss poor service around here.

  18.  roughly 6 years ago at prom my girlfriend got us kicked out cause we were too drunk. I didnt have any service to call her parents, but her phone did. it was fuckin t mobile. I  called her parents and was like "its all good" and later I nervously lost my virginity. im t mobile for life now

  19. give me a free IPHONE 5 and give me at least 2 gigs of data and unlim texts and at least 200 minutes per month for around 50.00 and I'll switch.

  20. Saw this at work this morning, thought it was great! Definitely gets me in the holiday spirit. It's smart. Like how employees are mentioned. Seeing this makes hard work fun.

  21. I need to switch. $75 for 3 gigs of data via AT&T is BS. Plus, I can't really listen to Spotify because I'm so worried about going over and getting charged $15 for an extra gig…

  24. I love it. I am a happy T-mobile customer. Sure the coverage is spotty at times but the company more than makes up for it.

  30. John Legere is awesome and I love T-Mobile's service.  I have had no issues at all and the customer service is great.  I had to replace my phone twice because of internal issues and had no problems getting a new phone at no charge.  I have nothing but good things to say about T-Moble.

  34. Been with @T Mobile since they were Voice Stream. Before John came along I was actually came along I was highly considering switching to Verizon. Glad I didn't! Thanks you all so much -more profanity directed towards Randal please ;).
    Getting faster speeds on T-Mobile than I do in my own home (40/5 CL Vs 50/10 TMO). Get some more LTE coverage in Hibbing, MN and St. Louis county though.. Painful to go to grandparents and have nothing. Otherwise great job, you deserve those Q3 gains and more! Happy Holidays guys.

  36. You should have got the android 4.4 update for the galaxy s3 lte. That would of made a bunch of your customers happy.

  37. I started noticing that these companies stopped saying Merry Christmas instead they now use Happy Holidays 

  38. WARNING T-MOBILE USERS ….DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR PHONE .. T-MOBILE STARTED THROTTLING HEAVY 4G LTE USERS AFTER ONLY 17GB OF USE EVEN IF YOU HAVE THEIR SO CALLED UNLIMITED INTERNET PLAN…4/26/15 I CALLED AND T-MOBILE TECH SERVICE CONFIRMED THAT EVERY MONTH AFTER 17GB I WOULD BE THROTTLED BECAUSE I AM A HEAVY USER…T-MOBILE WILL LIE TO YOU.. READ THIR CONTRACT ALOT OF HIDDEN DETAIS THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW .. I HAVE BEEN WITH T-MOBILE FOR OVER A YEAR KNOW THESE ARE RECENT CHANGES ..BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO GET 4G LTE EVEN AFTER 60GB OF DATA USED

  39. Now tmobile has changed thier policy so that they throttle your unlimited data at 21 gigs. I guess tmobile's definition of unlimited is different from EVERY BODY FUCKING ELSE in the world. But they don't call it throttling, they call it deprioritization. If you are one of the top 3% of users you get sent to the end of a queue where you get the minimum amount of data and 99% of the time speedtest won't even connect, that's how slow it is. So thier data plan is unlimited till you hit a limit then you get nothing.
    It's like the guy who goes into an all you can eat buffet and after one plate they bring him the check. "the sign says all you can eat" and the owner says "one plate is all you can eat".
    But the fucked up thing is that it's based on percentages of overall system usage by ALL users. So a user is penalized because not everyone uses as much as they do.
    I never got 4G from tmobile for over 4 years, just excuses on how they are doing upgrades in the area. For over a year they have said that the reason why my speed was slow was because they are doing tower work but nobody has ever seen a tmobile truck in town or anyone working on the tower. Then today they told me that it has been because of deprioritization, so everything they said all along was a lie to cover up throttling.
    Yeah, HAPPY FUCKING HOLIDAYS TO YOU TOO YOU FUCK. I HOPE YOUR MENORAH CATCHES YOUR HOUSE ON FIRE AND YOUR WHOLE FAMILY DIES YOU FUCK.

  41. Since using t mobile I haven't had to pay extra for listening to music I love this company

  42. now if only t-mobile would add a few extra towers in my area freedom ny they could make lots of new happy customers but they are so close but still far away leaving thousands customers stuck with at&t and Verizon
