Tens of millions of people in South Korea
are traveling to their hometowns or overseas for the major national holiday of Chuseok. We have the latest on traffic conditions. South Korea is filing a complaint at the World
Trade Organization over Japan’s trade restrictions. Seoul says the measures are “politically motivated”
and violate WTO rules. U.S. President Donald Trump announces the
resignation of his National Security Advisor John Bolton following long-simmering differences
between the two…. Eyes are now on where the stalled denuclearization
talks with North Korea are heading… following Bolton’s departure. And… South Korea adds more than 450-thousand jobs
last month compared to a year ago, bringing the unemployment rate down to the lowest level
for August in almost 6 years.
